"I've had nothing but problems since my last agent left. 1. I canceled insurance on a car I sold, but was continuing to pay that insurance for over a year. When I finally realized it, it was a huge ordeal to get it cancelled, and was only given a few months of payment credited (not all the months I paid). 2. My pay dates changes so I tried to change the date that my insurance was due, but was told I had to pay 2 full months to change the date.... which i am not doing. So I continue to get late fees keeping my current due date. 3. Let's talk about how the monthly payment continues to get higher and higher..... with a multipolicy discount.
